Our Founder

Dr. Palma is a globally multi-awarded mentor and coach specializing in women's leadership and structured mentoring systems. Her work is inspired by her doctoral research on women's mentoring, focusing on strengthening mentoring frameworks that support professional advancement, leadership development, and inclusive growth.

She works with institutions and practitioners across regions to promote collaboration, shared standards, and scalable mentoring models aligned with global development priorities, including gender equality and capacity building.

International Women's Mentoring Initiative (IWMI) is a global program under International Excellence Group LLC (IEG), focused on advancing women's leadership, mentoring, and cross-cultural collaboration.
